Fasching
Do you prefer Krapfen or Rondiaux (maybe even Roussettes or Bugnes)?
Carnival fritters are a common sight in France and Germany.
Course outline :
The dough will have been prepared. All that remains is to flatten it, cut out the shapes, bake, garnish and enjoy! During the breaks, we’ll study the recipe so that each participant can make Krapfen at home.
Pretzels
To find out how well integrated a French child is in Germany, we ask him what he prefers between a croissant and a pretzel…
Course outline:
The dough will be prepared. All that remains is to shape and bake it. While it’s baking, we’ll make a homemade Obazda (vegetarian preparation) to accompany the tasting.
Strawberry season
The strawberry shortcake, an essential French pastry, is synonymous with gourmet delights as soon as the strawberry season gets underway.
Course outline :
Making a sponge cake, a crème diplômate before assembling and decorating a strawberry cake.
Water ice
As summer sets in, so do the first hot days, you’re in the mood for a healthy, refreshing break?
Course outline:
Make a variety of water ices, using seasonal fruits and vegetables. Children take home ice-cream moulds.
Plätzchen
Whether you choose this class to keep your kitchen clean or to share a convivial moment in the Advent season, you’ve come to the right place.
Course outline:
Several Plätzchen recipes will be proposed, including vegan alternatives. Pasta preparation, cutting, baking, shaping and decorating.
Back-to-school snacks
Tired of packaging? Looking to create varied, balanced snacks?
Course outline:
Creation of three snack recipes: energy balls, cookies in different variations, no-waste recipe.
