Fees
The course fees must be paid by bank transfer to the following account within 7 days of receiving the registration confirmation:

Cancellation
Up to 21 days before the course starts:
The customer will either receive a voucher equal to the value of the cooking course or can reschedule free of charge, subject to availability in the desired course.

From 21 days before the course starts:
A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the participation fee will be charged. The remaining 75% will be sent to the customer as a voucher by email. In case of direct rescheduling, 25% of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

From 14 days before the course starts:
A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the participation fee will be charged. The remaining 50% will be sent to the customer as a voucher by email. In case of direct rescheduling, 50% of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

From 7 days before the course starts:
No refund will be possible. Cooking course bookings are generally transferable and not person-specific.

Miam München reserves the right, at its sole discretion, for example in the event of insufficient participants (<6 participants) or for other urgent reasons (e.g., illness of the seminar leader or force majeure), to cancel courses or offer a replacement date. In the event of insufficient participants, the course cancellation will be announced immediately and no later than one week before the event starts. In case of course cancellation, a free rescheduling is preferred or an equivalent voucher is issued. In the absence of agreement, the participation fee will be refunded immediately. No further claims, especially for reimbursement of expenses (e.g., cancellation fees for booked travel or hotel), can be made.

Liability
Liability for personal and material damages during cooking courses and events is limited to intent or gross negligence and is otherwise excluded. Participation in the events is at your own risk.

Photography
Photos taken during the courses and events may be used for marketing purposes by Miam München, provided that no participant is personally identifiable.
